economy

http://money.cnn.com/2008/10/09/markets/global_markets/index.htm

this article discusses some of the problems with the economy. it tells that the stock market fell sharply on friday morning. i think that the 850 billion dollar bailout plan should not have been passed if Bush can not even agree to spending seven billion dollars to save the lives of children who have no choice whether they have efficient health care.

The article from The Nation (left) says that Joe Biden clearly won the debate with Sarah Palin. The article from The National Review (right) says that Sarah Palin won the debate. the articles are basically just saying that the candidate who agrees with their views and values won. the articles did both say that both the candidates did well. i agree with the first articel. i think that joe biden won and that he would make a much better vice president.

presidential debate

http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2008/09/26/cnn-poll-obama-has-higher-expectations-to-meet-in-debates/

This article talks about the presidential debate between Obama and Mccain. Most americans believe that Obama will be better in the debates. 6 in 10 people believe that Obama is going to win the debates. More people agree with Obama's views on fixing the economy, healthcare, etc. I agree and i wish that i was old enough to vote so that i could vote for Obama.
